Place orders via our website or by contacting our customer service team. For customized pieces, we’ll provide a proposal with specifications, estimated lead time, and a confirmation for your approval before production begins.
Shipping & Delivery
Serviceable Areas: We deliver across the Philippines, with specialized handling for bulky furniture.
Processing Time: In-stock items typically dispatch within 2–4 business days.
Transit Time: Varies by location and item size; we’ll share an ETA once your order is booked.
White-Glove Option (Selected Areas): Room-of-choice delivery, basic assembly, packaging removal.
Scheduling: You’ll receive a delivery window; please ensure building access and elevator/door measurements are suitable.
Upon Arrival:
Inspect items with our team present. If anything looks off, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at mapalo@mapalohome.online.
ASSEMBLY
Many pieces arrive partially assembled with clear hardware packs and instructions.
For complex items, opt for White-Glove Delivery or request a local assembly partner recommendation.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase.
Standard Items: Return or exchange within 7 days of delivery in new, unused condition and original packaging.
Non-Returnable: Custom or made-to-order items; clearance or final-sale pieces; used or damaged goods not due to a manufacturing issue.
Process: Email mapalo@mapalohome.online with your order number, photos, and reason for return. We’ll guide next steps and arrange pickup when applicable.
Fees: Return shipping and handling may apply unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.
Refund Timing: Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
DAMAGES AND DEFECTS
In the unlikely event of damage or a defect:
Photograph the issue (close-ups + full item view + packaging).
Email mapalo@mapalohome.online within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll assess and provide a solution—repair, replacement part, exchange, or refund—based on the situation.
